    Everything was up to the mark

    We booked Club Tivoli in Gurgaon for the wedding functions. The experience was good. All the covid norms were followed & proper sanitization was done. Everything was up to the mark All the wedding-related arrangements were really good. we were glad to this venue for the wedding functions.

    Little mismanaged!

    Tivoli is a great venue in terms of its area and quality of infrastructure and interiors. However, the management is not too professional with their services. The food was laid very late on the function day and most of the guest had left because it was so late.

    Amazing Venue

    Tivoli was a very well managed venue! With all the arrangements aptly done and maintained! Great work was done by the staff and the management! The food and the decor all were very good!

    Awesome Venue

    This venue is awesome! We have a great experience booking them. The catering was amazing and even the decoration was so beautiful!. We got a lot of compliments from friends and family for the food specially. Will definitely recommend to others as well!

    Great venue

    The venue was very nice and everything was arranged and manged very nicely. The services and the amenities were spot on and the staff was very helpful and responsive at all times. Catering and decor was also very nice.

    Good Venue

    I had chosen Club Tivoli Banquet for arranging our event. The banquet staff were very cooperative. The choice of food was good & so was the quality. It was a decent and a happy experience.

    Bad in behviour

    Very bad, staff is completely ridiculous, they talk nicely with people who is looking in rich otherwise they will ignore or not seem to be interested to talk. I went there and they hardly talk with me just for a 1mint and stated that we can't negotiate... If you want to give them 1700₹ per plate it's better to book 5-star hotel like lemon tree etc

    Good place

    It is a good place, there was a lot of space and everything was beautifully managed but yet there is a lot to be improved.

    Excellent service

    Good food good ambience good for a gathering of 250 people. At ground floor to welcome guests will add to the better customer experience.
