  Horrible experience

  Horrible experience. Everything that we decided on paper was also not given to me. My sales rep Priyanka left Euphoria to join Mapple Gold. A new rep was given to me, I had to do all the discussions again with her at the end moment when I was busy with other things. Welcoming shot, non-spicy selected dishes for foreign guests, selected decoration. nothing. I wasted my money on this. Seriously, do not choose this or the mapple gold. Save your money and go someplace else.
  FYI- had amazing experience with Symphony and Casa Royal for my other functions.

  Amazing Experience

  Hamara experience kaafi acha tha venue ke sath, saari decoration and food in-house hi tha. Hamare family ke 3-4 functions issi venue mein hue hai so hamara experience acha hi raha hai isley hum hamesha issi venue ko book karte hai kisi bhi functions ke liye. Venue ki decoration kaafi achi hoti hai or food bhi delicious hota hai. Staff kaafi cooperative and helpful hai.

  We booked this venue for the wedding ceremony, the venue was spacious and beautiful. The decoration of the venue was beautiful and the food was up to the mark and the staff was cooperative and polite.

  I had a great experience at the venue. The food & decoration was in-house. The staff & management was also good. They were very cooperative. We had no issues from their side.

  Ye venue bohot sundar tha inki decoration bohot achi thi or food quality up to the mark thi. Venue kaafi bada hai or inka staff bohot helpful or polite tha. Hamara experience kaafi acha raha iss venue ke sath.

Bohot badiya arrangement kiya tha unhone, saare guests ache se accommodate hogaye the unke event space mein. Khana bhi bohot acha tha aur har cheez ek number thi. Khaane ki variety bohot thi. Staff ne ache se cooperate kiya tha.

  Very bad service sanitisation and hygiene

  I would never recommend this to anyone I wonder how this banquet is working with this bad service and cleanliness.

  Worst experience

  My experience with them was good initially but on the day of my wedding,(18th july wedding, 2nd floor, 5pm to 10pm ) there was a lot of chaos and discord. There were multiple bookings at the venue and because of that there is no cleanliness. The management was really poor and there was no cordiality.we have points on our tip
  1.we asked for orchid flower jaimala and the gave us rose jaimala
  2. Asked for different palki and the gave us different and most important every details we mentioned them is on whtsapp still this chaos happens.
  3. They promised for different stage and used same dirty stage .
  4. Staff is very rude specially waiters (we asked them for chairs the said khana nhi khayeka hu apko hi krte rhe)
  5. Stage carpet is very dirty
  6. There is no smoke effect we want they put that for what reason we have no idea and because of smoke guest can not breath..
  7. Worst experience
  8. Don't ruin your wedding day

  Everything was Good

  We booked Euphoria Banquets, Delhi for my engagement ceremony. It is a good and beautiful venue and all the services were upto the mark. The venue took care of the sanitization and followed all the covid guidelines. The Catering an decoration was very well managed and it was a wonderful experience with Euphoria Banquets.

  Good service and sanization measures

  I had organised my engagement function here and it was perfect. My family and all my guests enjoyed every bit of our wedding function. They were taking care of sanitisation as well so overall it was a smooth function. They offered steady services too. It was a lovely function and I can recommend them to all the couples.
