Never book

Don't be fooled by the venue's ambience. Behind their glossy veneer there's an unprofessional team that doesn't care about your or guests' convenience. Venue managers are practically absent /invisible when the event/function is underway. In this sweltering weather of April ACs stopped working after 11.00 am and the function was to get over at 3.00 pm. The event felt like some sort of punishment for me and my guests. I am appalled at their apathy and unprofessional attitude. It's a team that's only in the game of money-making without putting in the requisite effort. Be careful while dealing with these people.

Everything was Good

The food and the decoration were very nice and everything was up to the mark also. They were very open to ideas and also executed everything very nicely and exactly what we were looking for. The decorators were from their panel and were very nice. Also, the staff was taking care of each and everything very well due to covid.

Very poor service.

If there was a half star, I would surely use that. The service is extremely poor. Ranjana who was the co-ordinator was the worst ever. She did absolutely no coordination. The theme was white and blue. At the event we were shocked to see pink flowers. The service was extremely pathetic. The welcome drinks were served late, even though the guests were on time and inspite of instructions given earlier. The waiters were not attending to all guests so we had to continuously monitor them. We were compelled to enter the kitchen a couple of times. Ranjana was just useless. The starters and drinks were not served to all guests. Family members had to monitor this.
The cake was a shocker. We received the wedding cake with the icing scrapped off. A cardboard with the couple initials was placed above instead of the golden letters. When contacted they say.... We are sorry!

Very bad to say the least. Wanted to give 0 stars.

Worst Management. Arun was vulgar, saying things like "Sindhi chindi". Stereotyping the caste of Sindhi, saying they don't have any money and insulting women as well. I would suggest not going to this place at all. We had to walk out as soon as possible, and he said he didn't care about Google reviews.

Amazing venue!

I truly loved the venue. The staffs were so good, they were best at hospitality and services. The venue was very beautiful, the decor was superbly done. Food couldn't have been better. In all praises for them. Loved the experience!

Loved this venue!

The venue couldn't have been better for the wedding. They did the arrangements superbly well. They were very cordial. The food was amazing, the bar was great. Loved their services and hospitality.
