Terrible experience! Dont Book!

I had my wedding planned on 3rd of March,2020 and we had booked this property in Kirti nagar 4-5 months prior to the wedding date itself. These guys cancelled our booking 1 month prior to the date before giving us a heads up, no notice was given to us and we had to struggle to find a new venue. Even the refund for the advance paid was given to us after a long time only after a number of requests. Their service is very poor, they are not reliable at all. I might also file a case against them. Would not recommend it to anybody.

mode of payment was confusing, two people were handling , it was disturbing , they were not synced, they were confused as so many people were involved on their end. but arrangement and everything was good no complaints for that
