  I don’t recommend anyone this hotel/banquet
  Poor services ,Didn’t fulfill their commitments, unprofessional staff, uneducated captain, never ever book this banquet otherwise they will ruin your function

  verything is good but service is what matters the most.

  We booked hotel lotus grace. The food quality, the rooms were good but the staff was not. We booked venue for 2 days, but on first day AC was not working, our haldi function was carried out without AC. It was humid. We raised the complaint then they worked on it on the second day. Everything is good but service is what matters the most. Food quality was good.

  Wonderful service

  We booked Hotel Lotus Grace in Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4. My experience was good with this banquet hall. Everything was good, and the food was up to the mark. We also had some extra events in the wedding venue itself. We were pretty satisfied with everything. The decoration and catering were also in-house. The hall we took can easily accommodate up to 300 wedding guests.

  This property is very spacious and beautiful

  The food quality was very nice. The decoration of the venue was amazing and well arranged. The staff was very cooperative and polite. I really liked the venue. This property is very spacious and beautiful.

  Good experience.

  We booked this venue for my engagement, it was average not that good, The decoration was not that good, apart from this everything was good. The food quality was nice and the property was well maintained and it was spacious.

  Excellent Venue

  Excellent services by Hotel Lotus grace for our wedding event. Everything was fabulous. Almost all the services we hired from the venue only, and all of them turned out to be superb. I still recommend it to anyone who asks me about any suitable venue in the Delhi NCR region.

  Worst experience ever, AC not working in rooms and at vedi place ! No response from them even after calling them again and again

  We arranged wedding of my sister in this banquet on 29th may 2021!
  
  They promised that services will be good but in reality the service was pathetic !
  Rooms ac were not working at all !! Bride and groom had to get ready in that condition only !
  
  The worst part was that they arranged vedi at another place and when we went for vedi there also ac was not working at all .
  During the wedding every 10 min their person were comming and asking to deposit the remaining money ! And once we deposited the amount
  The owners managers all flee away ! Called many a times but no one picked up the call !! Staffes said ac is was not working since many days !!
  They ruined the marriage celebrations too!!

  An okay eperience!

  We booked this venue for the shagun ceremony. The food provided by them was fine but the service offered by them was a bit problematic, it could have been better. The hygiene was not taken care of really well and cleanliness was not there where my sister had to get ready for the ceremony, even the lights in the room were dim. We had to ask them to clean the room only then was it cleaned well.

  Great experience booking Lotus Grace

  We had booked lotus grace for my wedding functions and I'm quite satisfied with the venue. They ensured that there was complete sanitisation with staff wearing masks at all times. The food and decor were also from the venue and that is quite good.

  Amazing experience

  We have recently booked the place for my sister's marriage on second floor. Good food with royal ambience and the staff is totally cooperative. The staff working here are totally trustworthy and the men of their words specially Mr. Deepak Handoo. Overall its wonderful experience here.
