  It was a nice experience with them

  It was a nice experience with them. The decoration was okay and the food was good but we faced some issues with the staff, They didn't perform as per the charges. Also, the Barat was on the door and they were still decorating the venue.

  Nice venue experience

  I had booked Lagoona Emerald Banquet for the wedding at my place and the venue services were awesome. The decoration at the venue was done very beautifully.

  A good experience!

  We booked this venue for my wedding ceremony and it was a very nice experience for us. The food was really good. The decor was provided by the inhouse team of venue itself and it was also amazing. The management was great and the staff was polite and cordial. They followed all the COVID precautions to the T so we had nothing to be concerned about and everything was well sanitized.

  Great management but food service can be better

  We had a fantastic experience booking the Lagoon Emerald Banquet. Overall, all the services offered by the venue were great. The only issue we faced was the food quality was a bit lower than our expectation. We had done a food trail but the taste was not up to the mark on the day of the function.

  Superb safety measures taken!

  The quality and the services are really up to the mark! The decor and catering services were also really good. The staff greeted us with a smile and they made sure that we have a lot of fun during our wedding celebration. They also did proper sanitisation and were doing temperature checks too of all the guests.

  Great arrangements

  We had our wedding ceremony here . All the arrangements were done very well. The management was up to the mark and organised everything nicely. The catering was very good and decoration was done by per our discussion.

  Nice exprience!

  We had a pretty nice and decent experience with this venue, however the washrooms in the vicinity were not cleat at all. They were very unhygienic and we didnt like it as well. The food and the area was great otherwise.

  This venue is fabulous! Amazing hospitality and really good and cooperative staff. Super professional too and well trained. We had a great experience. The food was so good and fresh quality. We really liked our experience here.
