A good for nothing place. Service, cleanliness, food and everything else is so pathetic that it is astonishing to see such good reviews and high ratings for this pathetic place. It seems most of these are fake.
Never throw your hard earned money to drain by hosting any function here for they would spoil all that!
Shame on the people managing (Actually mismanaging) this shabby place.

Very poor Banquet hall for marriage functions, may be only good for small birthday or kitty party type occasions.

The biggest disappointment was the STAFF even the senior ones. Staff were highly unprofessional, and short in numbers. I feel that they never evaluated how much staff is required based on the number of guests.

FOOD quality was below average - being served cold. Initially the owner lady (I believe) tried to serve leftover food from other guests to us, which we had to refuse politely with other excuse.

AC NOT WORKING: Not a single AC was working properly. They instead put two jumbo coolers in the name of AC.

NO HYGIENE or cleanliness is being maintained. Some kid spilled water on floor, but no cleaning staff were present to clean the area. Staff left the used tissue, plates and glasses were spread everywhere on the floor.

FALSE COMMITMENT: Owner confirmed that they will serve tea and coffee throughout night but when we asked for coffee it took them 2 hrs to serve a cup of coffee and that too cold and with sugar despite mentioning that we need coffee without sugar.

ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR: There was a staff manager or one senior staff who was talking to party (from female side) very arrogantly.

DECORATION: Average

WASHROOM: Even the Sulabh Shauchalay near bus stand is much cleaner than what they have.

DJ: From which village of Haryana they have got this DJ. Even kids have better taste and can play better music as per the occasion. The moment guests wanted to dance, he put some stupid song and guests had to step down from the floor.

OVERALL: Never book this banquet for any big event where you have more than 30-40 guests.

I had a very good experience at the venue. The food and decor were in-house plus the food was really good. They fulfilled all my requirements. I was really happy with their services. Both the staff and management were polite and cooperative and we didn't face any hassles from their side.

The venue couldn't have been better for the wedding. They did the arrangements superbly well. They were very cordial. The food was amazing, the bar was great. Loved their services and hospitality.

We booked this banquet for our engagement ceremony . It is a great venue. I just felt that the food taste could have been better. The quality of the food wasn’t that great.
