TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The client needs to provide the Banquet a signed copy of the terms & conditions along with the initial advance payment of 25 % of the total billing at the time of contract in order to confirm the booking and the balance 75% payment 15 days prior to the function. We do not accept cheques at the time of final settlement made a week prior to the function. Hence, all payment needs to be settled in cash.
• If the event is cancelled within 60 days to the date of event, then the full paid amount would be forfeited by the Management, post above advance will not be refunded & may adjust in any future events.
• All goods/display material has to be entered from the Banquet service gate under the supervision of the hotel security personnel.
• All display material within the banquet area requires the approval of Soho Hotels, Ghaziabad management.
• Firing, firework & Alcohol is not allowed in Hotel/Banquet Premises.
• Locking / blocking of the fire exit doors with equipment. Moving of heavy equipment in the function rooms without proper protection for the floors. Tampering or removal of Banquet electrical or power installation.
• The use of flammable and explosive materials for visual display.
• The Banquet reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit and the client will make good any damage caused.
• All goods/display material has to be entered from the Banquet service gate under the supervision of the hotel security personnel.
• Should the timing of the function exceed the stipulated timing, an overstay charge of Rs 10000/- per hour plus applicable taxes will be charged to the client, subject to availability of the venue.
• In case you anticipate an increase in the expected attendance, the re-confirmation on the number of guests attending along with all final details of the event should be notified to the Banquet department 15 days prior to the event.
• Once the minimum guarantee is provided at the time of booking the event, it cannot be reduced further in the due course of the event. Should the number of guests attending exceed the guaranteed minimum number confirmed; the client will be billed on actual as per the agreed rates for food & beverage. Any other charges or services provided will be extra.
• Food will be prepared only for 10% in excess, over the minimum guaranteed number of guests attending. Should the number of persons exceed over 10% of this guaranteed number, Soho Hotels, would not be able to ensure consistency in quality of service and food.
• Food & beverage items provided by the Banquet are to be consumed in the Banquet premises only. No leftover food or beverage will be removed off the Banquet premises for outside consumption.
• No food & beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Banquet for consumption in the function by the organizer or any of the guests, invitee or persons attending the function without prior consent of the Banquet.
• In case of the cocktail lunch or dinner functions, the pre meal snack service will be for duration of maximum two hours from the time of commencement of the function.
• DJ / Live performance to be played or performed till 22:00 Hrs Only.
• Government taxes as applicable.
