Banquet is awesome, services was outstanding, and food was really mouth watering, they maked my function really memorable.. thanks to team The Alpha Banquet.

Next to awesome place to party ,u just have to go there rest they manage .wow experience at one of the best banquet in Noida .food quality is good.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars for the Alpha Banquet Hall which we had booked on Friday, Dec 9th 2022 for a gathering of about 35-40 people. It was one of the worst decisions ever in our life to go for such a pathetic party venue and more so, as we were a host. "Mr Aarun Khanna", the manager, is a big-time hypocrite. Please don't get duped by his sugar-coated talks. He will promise you something but what you will actually be served in Menu will be totally different. Here I try and list down our share of "shockers" which completely spoiled our special day:

1) Food quality can make or break a function and for good reason. What the manager served us on Dec 4th to check the quality of food (as part of our Gold Package) was quite impressive, which is why we went ahead with our booking. But later, what our guests were served on Dec 9th was absolutely DISAPPOINTING. I bet you would never taste such low-quality food elsewhere.

2) Initially, they only served tea and cold drinks, and when we asked about coffee, only 7-8 cups of coffee arrived and that too loaded with sugar. WHAT ACTUALLY SHOCKED ME WAS THE SIZE OF THE TEA CUPS. TRUST ME I HAVE NEVER SEEN TEA/COFFEE BEING SERVED IN SUCH SMALL AMOUNTS (5-6 teaspoons literally).

3) They served us with STALE vegetables, salad, gulab jaamun, gajar ka halwa and more, which was not the case when we checked their food quality on Dec 4th.

4) But we continued with the party lest we create a scene for our guests. Here comes the biggest shocker: When we finally arrived at the STICKY dinner table (which wasn't cleaned despite our repeated requests), we realised something was missing from the Menu. We had selected Vanilla Ice-cream, Gulab Jaamun and Gajar ka Halwa as part of desserts. But we were in a state of shock to see that VANILLA ICE-CREAM WASN'T INCLUDED IN THE MENU AND NONE OF OUR GUESTS WERE EVEN SERVED A SINGLE BOWL OF THE ICE-CREAM.

5) When we inquired about the same, the manager started arguing with us. We clearly told him that we have been cheated and would cut some amount from Rs 60,000 that we had to pay for such pathetic food. But he shamelessly said that only Rs 500 should be cut from the total amount.

6) Not to forget, lights were too low everywhere, right from our room to the hall to even the corridors, which were not decorated with a single flower as promised during our initial talks.

7) If you think we are done, here's what will completely leave you red-faced. MANY OF OUR GUESTS WERE DENIED MINERAL WATER BOTTLES AND WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE AROUND 11 PM AND REQUESTED FOR A BOTTLE, THE MANAGER ASKED US TO PAY EXTRA AMOUNT IN CASH FIRST TO GET MINERAL WATER.

All in all, it was quite a PAINFUL experience for us to host a function at the Alpha Banquet Hall in Sector-31, Noida. Please DON'T waste your money on this low-graded banquet hall.

Food ko le kar kaafi problem hui. Jab hamne unhe food serve karne ke liye kaha to unhone kaha ki pehle aap bachi hui payment kar dijiye, inhone guest ko wait karaya jab tak payment nahi ho gayi or jab food serve hua tab inhone jo food serve kiya tha hame vo morning mein prepare kiya tha or vo kharab ho chuka tha. Decoration ke liye hamen Hamara experience acha nahi raha venue ke sath.

Pathetic place, don't book this banquet,if you book then don't do complete payment before function because their AC is not working at all,they put noisy table fan that also stop again and again in Between,food they are serving is cold and of bad quality,manger is not listen you at all,even don't pick up your call,
Jab aap dekhne jaate ho toh dekhate kuch aur hai aur function ke din deta kuch aur,so kabhi bhi payment phela mat karo warna apko bhi uddas hona padega.

Worst food they have provided us at the function day, tasteless ac were not working... Light cut at the whole ongoing function....
