  Unprofessional, ignorance of directions issues by delhi govt at the time of Covid.

  staff agree everything as requested by customer before payment on advance booking amount but when time to fulfill changes their wording denied on comitment and forfeight the advance amount when customer request to cancel the booking.
  Last year we have booked this banquet with condition in case restriction imposed by government due to covid banquest will charge minimum 100 Pax instead of 200Pax. when govt restricted the gathering upto 50 only. staffs has denied to fulfilling their commitment and compell us to make the gathering to 200Pax. When we request to cancel the booking and return the advance amount as being a law abide citizen cant ignore circular/guidlines issued by the government. They denied our request and ignore our emails and calls.
  Finally filled case in consumer court and faith on indian judiciary to learn a lession for these cheater who has intentionally forfeited the booking amount without providing services as per the agreement and prevent their citizen for such fraud or cheating as well.

  What an amazing experience we had in our brother's wedding.

  Management and staff were highly co-operative. They managed our function so well. It was a one shop stop where we got everything from decor to event to mandap things.
  
  I Highly recommend this beautiful property especially Ground floor(CROWN) and First floor(AQUA). I still remember malai chap was really malai. It just vanishes after getting into mouth.

  Fraud Management and staff- Royalens Banquet

  Fraud people!!! from Top to Bottom. All the person are too unprofessional and deliberately grab the advance of their customers by not fulfilling the commitments.
  Please be alert and don't book this venue for any important function.

  Not a satisfactory experience!

  The venue people did not follow their commitments at all, they messed up with many things. My brother and family had to take care of everything. The items were missing for the pheras we had to get it from home. Highly disappointing on their end.

  Amazing Venue

  This venue is amazing! They were perfect with everything that they did. They provided catering and decoration, it was beautiful. We got a lot of compliments for the same and we will definitely recommend them to others too.

  Good Venue

  A good place to organize a wedding. The place is really spacious and beautifully maintained. The staff was very cooperative and polite.
  Excellent food in terms of quality and taste. Decorations were also good. A satisfactory experience.
