Opened for bookings in August 2024, VRC Convention is a modern venue with exceptional, well-designed facilities. Situated on the service road at ORR Exit 11, it provides seamless access to the Outer Ring Road and the Vijayawada Highway.
Spread across 6 acres, our venue offers four exquisite event spaces. The grand main hall accommodates up to 3,000 guests, while three luxurious ballrooms, rivaling those in five-star hotels, are perfect for events hosting 100 to 500 guests. Guests can select their preferred space based on their needs and budget. The property also includes 16 suite rooms and expansive parking for over 1,300 vehicles.
How to reach VRC Convention
VRC Convention is also incredibly convenient for guests travelling from afar. Located right on the service road of ORR exit 11, Pedda Amberpet, Telangana, the venue is easily accessible. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is approximately 30 km away, while the nearest railway station, Kacheguda, is about 24 km from the venue. This makes it convenient for your guests to arrive with ease, no matter where they are coming from.
