  The employees especially Abhishek and Captain are super rude. They gave false verbal commitments before the booking and once your event date approaches they show their real face. They only want to grab your money by whatever means. I am reachable at 9810996995 for in-depth feedback on this pathetic place.

  We are really sorry to hear about your feedback for the event on 20th March. As our endeavour is always to deliver wow event to let clients experience wow services, we have done detailed analysis why we couldn't meet your expectations.
  
  This is to bring to your kind notice few below findings:
  
  1) Captain are never introduced to clients before functions as they are duty managers and handle whole function on event day.
  Therefore , we will like to correct you that captain can't give verbal commitment before the function approaches.

  We did the wedding event at Wow Palace Banquet and pretty much satisfied with their hospitality

  Venue ke saath acha experience tha. Food aur decor in-house tha. Staff aur management ka behaviour sahi tha. Venue 150 log accommodate kar skta hai Inhone brida room provide kiya tha par woh kaafi chota tha. bohot garmi lag rhi thi waha par. Bridal room ka ac kaam nahi kar rha tha.

  Everything was perfect

  This venue was very beautiful. The decoration of the venue was amazing and the food was very delicious. They have well maintained the venue and the staff there was very helpful and polite throughout. Everything was up to the mark. Happy with the services.

  Wouldn't recommend to take complete package

  I booked space for my Son's birthday and took complete package (photography, decoration). Food was good however decorations was not upto the mark. Decorations wasn't same as it was promised at the time of booking. When asked team said they forgot about our function and confused between morning/night. So wouldn't suggest to go to buy special packages for decoration. Picture quality is good however you will have to keep on eye whether photographer was able to take perfect shot because photographer will not approach/guide you for pictures. So for me Photography was ok ok. Only satisfy with hall and food.

  Luxuries and value for money

  The arrangements were amazing for our birthday party hosted by wow palace. The food was tasted amazing, the decorations were perfect, music, games and magic show were all eye catching and energetic. They had something in store for each generation. Overall we had a blast in the party. Loved it and would love to host our events here in future as well.

  One word for the venue - Wow. Beautiful interiors , very cooperative and responsive staff, amazing food and great hospitality..Stage is such nicely done that all guests praised a lot

  Perfect venue

  It was a great experience to host our function with Wow Palace Banquet. The management is quite strong I would say and thus ensures that event comes out perfect. Food , decor, arrangements all perfect. Need to improve a little on some parts.
