  Not so accommodating staff

  I shopped for some of my jewelry from Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Gurgaon, the collection was nice and designs were also good but we did not like their customer service. The staff there was very rude and they were not at all flexible which actually made our overall experience an average one with them.

  Everything was Good

  For my wedding jewelry pieces, I went to Malabar Gold and Diamonds Gurgaon store. My experience at Malabar Gold and Diamonds was quite good as there were professional staff and the quality of diamond and gold they are having is really good. All the staff were following covid guidelines and were wearing masks.

  Terrible Experience

  A Terrible store with terrible staff. Had a very bad experience trying to purchase 100 gram gold product. The store owner does not have the courtesy to address their customers. There is no respect and he says that he does not care what the customers really want. Extremely disappointed

  Good collection

  Malabar and joyalukkas, these are the 2 store that i chose for the wedding jewellery shopping. Malabar has some good designs and stuff , good exp with them but i liked Joyalukkas more anyday!
