We visit this showroom for purchase the gold jewellery, they have nice collection and designs, all staff behaviour nice, and one of the staff is Mohini Shaoo also nice behaviour. We appreciate their behaviour. Worst customer services.
Actually Tanishq’s after sales service and customer care team deserves zero stars.
Tanishq is reluctant to buy their own gold items and simply refuses to pay the refund.
Refer the Tanishq’s Case number TKT-0037493583 created on 05 October 2024.
The latest email received from Tanishq’s customer team on 18 October 2024 asking two more days to resolve this issue.
After that no response
They are not responding to the the complaint which I registered against the them in Department of consumer affairs (complaint no 6340756)Actually Tanishq’s after sales service and customer care team deserves zero stars.
Tanishq is reluctant to buy their own gold items and simply refuses to pay the refund.

Monthly scheme is a Trap
My sincere request. Please never go for monthly plan with Tanishq. They are charging 21% making charge for the Jewellery you purchase and give bonus @8-10%. Better policy is with Malabar Gold and they are more genuine.My sincere request. Please never go for monthly plan with Tanishq. Cheating us using earing mattal instead of back chain for necklace
We purchased a necklace in Tanishq , gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore.. For the necklace we asked back chain. Sales person RAMYA showed a chain set saying these are the back chain models. We purchased one pair. That day goldsmith was not available. So we went another day for attachment with the necklace. But the goldsmith in Tanishq told us it is earing MATTAL chain. When we asked for an exchange they refused. Am not able to wear the necklace using MATTAL chain. Ramya doesn't dono which is back chain. How can we relay such a shop with such a salesperson. We have got cheated by the Tanishq shop, gandhipuram branch, Coimbatore. I would request the customers don't believe these salesperson in Tanishq. They are poor qualified. Dono which is the correct chain. Trying to cheat regular customers. But they are so good in convincing customers for monthly gold plan schemes. Such an irresponsible tanishq branch. I have purchased Chain from your Tanishq Branch Address: B/53-54, Nehru Ground, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana 121001.
We purchased in July 2022 One Year One Month Completed. Seriously, I am telling you my wife has been wearing this chain Regularly only One Month from the 13th Month.
Sir we purchased only for the reason of BRAND, Good Quality Product but as per attached image you can check its good Quality?
My Request to you please replace this chain or refund my money and i know that you give me a good solution. We customers need satisfaction. That's why we purchased from brands
