RETURN POLICY :Vaanika Creations hereby confirms that it shall accept returns at VC’s warehouse only on the basis of the following conditions: If the product delivered is different from the product ordered. If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If the product does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards. (as per quality annexure Q) AMIPL will be responsible for sharing complete remarks to VC shared by end customers about the reason for the return of the product. Photo and video will be more prominent options for analysis of the remark. VC shall inspect the returned product (at VC warehouse) according to the shared remarks by AMIPL Photo or video analysis of the returned product (by end customer) shall be the responsibility of VC which shall be shared with AMIPL. If the product meets VC’s Quality parameters (as per Annexure Q) and dispatch date, in that case returns will not be accepted by VC. In any other case VC shall Exchange the product to the end customer or provide credit note to AMIPL depending on the request and remarks of AMIPL and as agreed by VC. In any case, where a product is found used or degraded during video or photo analysis by VC and the same is agreed by AMIPL, the product will not be considered for return or exchange. Any return request from AMIPL must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product. The product must be returned to Vaanika Creations in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vaanika Creations shall inspect the product and determine whether it is eligible for return as per the above conditions. If the product is eligible for return, Vaanika Creations shall replace such returned products or refund the purchase price thereof, as determined by Vaanika Creations. Vaanika Creations' decision in this regard shall be final and binding on AMIPL. Vaanika Creations shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of any returns made by AMIPL which does not fall within the return policy mentioned in point 6 of this agreement. Any return outside this policy (point 6) shall be deemed as AMIPL responsibility.
