Lakshmi is one among those best makeup artist who can transform a girl into princess. She is the reason for me to flaunt like a queen on my big day. Her makeup was so on point and I love her time management and time consciousness. She speak so minimum but her work speaks alot that can be seen in this video. She understood my requirement so well and the end product was so satisfying. Initially I was tensed as we never met or we never discussed anything regarding requirements but she killed it. Weeding is supposed to be one of the best days in a girls life and guess what this lady named Lakshmi Shetty make up artist did she ruined it completely.
A lady with too much attitude and the work is not up to mark I hired her for my big day after looking at her Instagram works on brides.
Now I shall reveal all of you how her work messed up my big day.
When I raised this issue to this makeup artist who charges 30k for probably 40 minutes of makeup. She has got a really good hairdresser who will only do hairstyle and saree draping I had no issues with her she is good but Lakshmi Shetty would only do 30 minutes of makeup within an unbelievable amount of phone calls and not take any pretty pictures of me I believe she wasn’t in a proper state of mind. If someone was not really fine, how would some damage 30k of makeup on the face, is there any justice at all, she is always on her phone not very professional, dint look normal or fine to me. So I really don’t recommend anybody to go ahead and take her up, whatever you see on Instagram is not really true... if you don’t believe me, here are the pictures and messages sent by her, after paying her so much of money, she told me to blend some powder. And she calls her self a professional MUA.

Need to be more client specific. The hairstylist has to improve a lot. Overall good.

Her main goal REALLY IS to make sure that YOU feel BEAUTIFUL and she always come through. I had booked HD package and it was worth EVERY penny. Everything she did was FLAWLESS.
She was able to perfectly create the look that I wanted, which held for the entirety of my wedding

I hired this lady who was so called a celebrity make up artist looking at her Instagram profile which was filled with edited pics, to get a makeover for my wedding. by the Time I had realized it was too late, that was the biggest mistake I have ever made and will regret forever. she charged 40k for 2 events which actually deserved not even a penny.

To start wit, she is highly unprofessional with full of ego and attitude. after I booked her for my wedding of about 4 months in advance, I had to literally beg her to meet me and decide on my wedding look. after great difficulty she agreed to meet me 3days before my wedding! which was of no help.
coming to "the day" make-up she was the worst I could have. she walks in like a celebrity, always on calls, not willing to talk to anyone. she was even rude to a 4yr old kid when she tried talking to her and asked to send that kid outside. makeup was so cakey and dark, she doesn't know basics of contouring and lining the lips or rather she felt 40k wasn't good enough for contouring the face or even a proper lip shaping. she asked me to close my eyes throughout the make-up, did the ghosty make-up and left while I was still wit closed eyes where you don't get to see what she has done.. you don't get a chance to even say her what shitty job she has done. she keeps the eyelashes to the end so that u had a closed eyes while she is leaving.. she hardly spends 20 to 30 min on the make-up for which she charges 40k. the next day when I asked her about caky Makeup she blamed it on my skin and light and weather and what not. she doesn't wait Even for 10 min if ur busy with any rituals, she just fleas the scene. out of that fear couldn't even tell her how bad her make up was. overall it was a terrible experience.

I RECOMMEND NOT TO HIRE HER ON YOU BIG DAY AND RUIN THE BEAUTIFUL MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE..

I hired her for my reception in another town and wanted 2 makeovers on the same day..but she came an hour late to do my makeover and later everything got late. I just got another hour to get my second makeover that was HD and it was really bad like cakey over-highlighted eyebrows and eyes. You need to keep telling her to reduce the amount of makeup put ..and she keeps on the phone always. She is not responsible for the work to complete on time and mainly when my mother in law asked how much more time she needs, she was really rude to her and that did upset my family.
Will never recommend her anywhere..I felt all her Instagram pics are quite fake and definitely you won't get such makeover in real-time.

So where do I begin about Lakshmi’s work?! All I can say is that she’s got magic in her hands! I’ve got flaws on my skin and yet Lakshmi made me look so perfect.

I took the 46K package and let me tell you that it was totally worth it!
It was the best decision I made!! No regrets spending that money.

I personally know a lot about makeup products, so I know that the products that she uses are not ordinary. I know of makeup artists/salons that charge a bomb and use products like Kryolan, Lakmé, and MAC. But Lakshmi, on the other hand, uses products like HUDA BEAUTY, ABH, Kat Von D, MAC, Makeup Forever etc. which mind you are NOT cheap!!
She uses the best products!!!

Personally what I felt was that she’s very professional and super understanding! She would accommodate any request I made. She wouldn’t talk much cos she was just concentrating on her work. Which was perfectly fine by me. She got a LOT of calls while doing my makeup but that didn’t stop from doing her job! That is how professional she is! She made me Super happy!
Overall, best experience! And I HIGHLY recommend you guys to let her work her magic on you!!! ♥️
