She did my sister's makeup in Sai Sandhya. She did a very good job. It was a small function lekin itna accha makeup hua ki everyone kept asking ki kisne kia hai. I would definitely recommend her.

Shruti sharma is very sweet in talking and she knows how to talk but she is very unprofessional. I don’t want to share my experience here. She takes classes also but not at all worth it. Tht way she is very unprofessional. I don’t want to write anything here but pls check before u spend ur money.

She is very very good. My makeup was looking really exciting and perfect! It made my venue look flawless from start to the finish! She also used only the top brands on my face and my face was glowing throughout the night.

Quite late but better than never. One of the worst professionalism I ever experienced with Shruti Sharma and I can't explain how greedy she is in her profession. I strongly recommend all the brides to not go with Shruti Sharma for any makeup booking and any other service. I called Shruti in July 2018 for the bridal makeup in December 2018 and she talked so sweetly and claimed that she is always take 1 bride in a day and dedicates her whole time to feel & make the bride special on her big day. When I asked her for the charges then she said that she charged 40K for studio makeup and 60K for the makeup at venue and will need 50% in advance. I talked 2-3 time more with her over phone and finally decided to book her. Note - Till now, there was no Personal Assistant of her into the picture. After that, I asked her the bank details for transferring the advance for the booking at studio then she said her personal assistant (Sakshi) will contact me with further details. Now Sakshi contacted me over whatapp and shared the bank details. After my transfer, she mailed me the booking confirmation with Shruti Sharma for bridal makeup at studio on 13th December. This was all done in July,2018. Now in the starting of November, Sakshi contacted me to ask the venue details for my makeup. I was so surprised and happy that Shruti decided to come on venue on the same price. Further on my discussion with Sakshi, I came to know that she is planning to send the senior artist for my bridal makeup and she never booked Shruti Sharma for me as Shruti is going to Agra on that day for another bride. This made me so tensed and created a horrible situation for me that how would I find a new makeUp artist as all the good makeup artist were already booked till that time because 13th Dec was the last & auspicious date of the Hindu wedding season in 2018. I discussed with Sakshi about this for the hell no. of times and she kept on saying that Shruti cant do your makeUp and convincing me for their senior artists. After talking to Sakshi so many times,I realized that Shruti got more amount from that Agra party and she ditched me. The main part of the whole conversation is that Sakshi never called me to answer my queries and always messaged me on WhatsApp. I kept on arguing with her and simply asked her who moron will give you 40K for your senior artist. I called Shruti Sharma many times but she never answered my call and whenever I asked Sakshi to connect me with Shruti, she always answered that she is out of town. At last, I decided not to go with her and asked for the refund. She refunded me immediately as she was just waiting for this to happen. I never experienced this type of worst behaviour towards their customer and services. Then I read from other reviewers also that she used to ditched and gambled like this so frequent with their customers. True part is whatever happened was happened for good and I got most adorable makeup artist who made me so beautiful on my Big Day. Thanks Shruti and Sakshi for saving me from them.
