Pathetic and rude behaviour, bad in taste and cold food

Wanted to share our experience with Dark Rose Caterers - we had booked them for our home inauguration party on 3rd Nov 2023. First of all, they didn’t display all items we chosen, they tried to keep items hidden. Our guests didn’t get the all food to eat. Second, food was cold and not good in taste, when we asked them to heat up the food since they promised to prepare everything at our place only, they started talking rudely. We cleared all amount in the end of event and had asked them to leave. But since we didn’t shift to the place, we couldn’t check whether they left or not, when we came next morning, we saw them they were still there and preparing food. Upon asking, their workers said once our contractor will come, you can talk to them. We told them to start packing. Since we were busy attending our guest and sending them off. We couldn’t keep a check on these guys. In the evening we saw them they were still there and saying their truck will come and after that they will leave. Next morning we saw them preparing food for other places and we had to thrice turn the flame off and force them to leave the place. Lastly, They promised to clean everything and charged us for same, but left all uncleared and uncleaned. We had awful experience with them. Not recommended at all. Please don’t fall by their Ratings or big talks. I would request everyone to not book them. They were pathetic and have ruined our whole event.
