Simply not happy with the way marriage event was handled. Service was pathetic. Neither there were proper staff to serve starters and juice nor were they bothered to listen to our complaints. Guests informed us that even the water wasn't delivered to them and they had to themselves go and pick up the bottles.
No person-in-charge was present and the servers were then forced to be handled by our family members.
Even the attire and behavior of the staff looked low-standard with only two ladies staff.
Two of the items which were in the menu weren't prepared. Jain food quality was extremely poor.
Ac's weren't working properly and people were sweating. The Decor used was from an event which happened previous day and not what was confirmed.
Valet people arrived very late and all our guests had to park themselves.
Specifically Bisleri bottles were confirmed but instead served low class bottles and lot more things we weren't happy about.
It's just not that we are complaining, there were similar complaints from all our guests. It was very upsetting to listen to complaints from our guests.
We pay very high fees to them so that they handle our event while we can participate but they ruined it.
It's not the Paradise we knew. Sorry to say but I'll give complete negative ratings and won't ever recommend Paradise to anyone.
