5. Decoration ke naam par kuch nahi tha.
6. Crockery spoon, plates bahut hi gande the batane or dikhane ke bad bhi change nahi ki,.
7. Food serve karne wale waiters 10 ka commitment tha lekin bheje only 3 waiters.
8. Food ki quality 3rd class thi.
9. Live function me food serve karne se mana karke blackmail kiya or extra paiso ki demand ki, majboori me dene pade nai to ye log guests ko food serve nahi karte.

Inshort srs Caterers is a gang of blackmailers, they will spoil your birthday/marriage function once you book them, i have never seeen Such peoples who blackmail in front of your guests during live function.overall very bad service, No time commitment, very bad food and decoration was wors, dont waste your time if already booked just leave your advance and see another vendors except srs Caterers.

they booked my event(my parent's 25th anniversary) on 23rd November 2021 ,it was a surprise for my parents and they cancelled the event a day before the event i.e on 27th November 2021 over text and not picking up my phone. They spoiled my whole event and I was so excited for my parent's anniversary and it come only once. The god is watching and i pray that no one suffer what i suffered.

Great food,great service,my whole function was greatly organized and handled by the owner himself.and personally recommending live bar be que thanks mr sharma

They take the booking showing pictures from other vendors to take the job then create a circus.

For example: For them white and peache decor means.
Purple, magenta, orenge. With artificial flowers of neon shades.

They will harass you. They will stop surving the food to guests to make sure you pay the full amount before the event is ended and there is no scope of questioning them for ruining the day.

Apparently I wasn't the first one for them, there waiters told a lot of stories where they have ruined events.

Looking at the reviews i had a gut feeling that my 14th nov evening #birthday celebration in #gurgaon would also be a great one together with lot of promises made by mr.vivek sharma(7428292014) & her colleague mahi who was so called event organiser,reached the function at 1845 hrs whereas the function was supposed to be started at 1830, it turned out highly disappointing n neither the decor nor the catering was done as per what it was supposed to be, they couldn't even offer tea/coffee that was there in their menu n several other things too which might not look good to discuss here, hardly 1-2 waiters that too improperly dressed,they spoiled the whole event n mood with which the whole #event was planned,i even heard few days back they did the same in a similar function.
Anyways in short beware of such guys & don't fall into the trap as into the last minute they say that they will serve the food only once they get remaining payment, looks like for some people money is the only thing that matters not the promises & services they r supposed to offer,the whole team should be ashamed of themselves but for them its just a business unfortunately.

We booked them for my wedding functions. I think they majorly cater to army venues and private parties. These guys are very very good! They managed the entire thing really nicely! The food was amazing These guys are really helpful and approachable too!
