Exceptional hospitality
The rooms are spacious and airy, equipped with all modern amenities, overlooking the scenic beauty of the mighty Western Ghat Mountain range made my stay more memorable.
The Housekeeping staffs are also worth mentioning, specifically Mr. Yashwant and Mr. Mahesh always at our service.
There are multiple outlets for food which are worth visiting because of the delicacies they serve with authentic taste. Chef Ravi Babu takes special care of the requirements of guests' taste of food.
Last but not the least, comes the Service team present at the restaurants. They are ever smiling with a positive gesture. Worthy to mention Mr. Girish, Mr. Satyaban, Ms. Rakhi & Ms. Rakhi.
I really thank the General Manager as well as the Management of the Hotel for taking good care of their staffs which reflects in discharging of their allotted responsibilities.
