Everything was perfect

The venue was very good and no outside vendors were hired the only a team of the event management company was hired for a smooth event. The venue suggested mehndi person also which was very nice. The venue provided decoration which was exactly what we were loking for and it was beautiful. The food was also served hot and fresh.

The entire arrangements were excellent

I used this hotel for a day wedding of my daughter. All the arrangements made by the hotel were excellent. We got all help from the hotel for the engaging decorator, DJ & chatwala. The hotel chef was very cooperative. The co-ordinator Narmada Kumari was very helpful in the entire event. All in all their wholehearted cooperation made this a memorable event for us.

Property ko kaafi ache se maintained kiya gaya tha.

Experience acha raha, Venue ki decoration bohot sundari tarike se ki gayi thi. Food bohot tasty tha sabko bohot pasand aaya. Venue ka staff kaafi cooperative and professional tha. Property ko kaafi ache se maintained kiya gaya tha.

Everything was Good

Venue bhi theek tha kuch chizo mai hotel walo ne dhandg se nahi kya jaise jaimala ke extra 6000 liye the lekin bohot halka jaimala di hume and uski quality bhi achi nahi lage hume, covid bi us time bohot jyada peak par hi tha toh bohot systematic way mai nahi ho paayi chize waha mere according. Kuch extra flowers bhi chahiye the jo available nahi ho paaye

Decent management but food & decor could be better

We had booked Crowne Plaza for my engagement function and the overall experience was okay-ish. We had also booked some rooms and the amenities offered were decent. The housekeeping was good and the hotel management was satisfactory. The only issue we faced was with food and decoration during the function. The food taste was below our expectation and the decor done was much lesser than what we had planned.

Great Venue

We really liked this venue for our function. The food was great and very tasty and fresh. The management was also very nice and the staff members working in the hotel were really friendly and professional as well. We really liked our experience here.

Nice Experience!

Very helpful venue

Crowne Plaza Greno was a one stop shop for all of our wedding needs. They not only provided service but also got us decorators, Dj, Photographer, Dhol, catering everything. Since Greno is far out they had options for everything at our convenience. They were virtually our wedding planners

Nice Venue!!

Crown Plaza has a very nice ambience! The very spacious venue is a perfect choice for wedding functions! Happy to have selected this as the reception venue!! The food was good too, the decorations were done very well!
