Not recommended

Decorator- least bothered
Food - not upto the mark
Arrangements - the managers will ghost on you.
Varmala provided by them had stale olf flowers

You have to tun around the property to get things as you were promised. Else they wont care despite of 100% advance payment

chaotic experience

A chaotic experience with the Fairlie Hotel and resort. I had an event on 8th October 2022. It's an event of Engagement for which I booked the Bliss hall and also booked 33 rooms and 1 room has been given to me as complimentary by the Hotel. They required to increase the staff in the hotel in the bell-boy area and there is a dire to need to improve the Hotel room service. Many times, the hotel has provided the cold food to my guest and delayed the order. Even at the Banquet, I faced a lot problems regarding the lazy staff and cold food complaints by my guest. And food (Snacks) has been served in cheap disposable plates to my guest. And no food has been served to the Groom and bride had to ask the Handler of serving department (Mr. Thomas) many times to serve the food on time. As the waiter were giggling in the corners during the event. Some of my guest has paid the waiter as an advance tip to bring the food hot and Asap. We had to argue the Manager 3-4 times to provide proper food to my guest in the banquet and the room services as they had given excuse that "there is some disturbance in the connection of room service". Due to which hardly any food has been served to my guests in the room. The guests had to call the reception many time for food and water. The un-ethical behaviour of the service staff in the hotel and in the banquet specially had impacted my reputation in-front my guests. As I fulfilled all the request to paid the advance amount prior to the function date but still they could not able to fulfil their side of bargain. I am very disappointed by their behaviour and their service at the banquet, especially.
I personally don't recommend anyone for Fairlie Hotel and Resort for any event in their property.

Full score for the service

We booked Country Inn & Suites for my wedding occasion. The experience was breath taking and the staff was very nice and very cooperative. We booked the venue for 2 days and organised our mehendi , haldi and wedding function here. Even though the location of the venue was a little difficult to track but nothing can beat the kind of service they have provided. The food was very delicious and the staff took care of the room cleanliness and took all the safety measures and everything was up to the mark. Also our theme decor was pink and golden which was very beautifully done.

Everything was perfect

With this property, the experience was really nice. kaam achcha hi tha. Their work was very good. We didn't stay over there just hired the venue for functions. The food was very nice. The best part was the decoration of the food ki 2 hours bhi nikal jayenge pata nahi chalega itna sundar decoration kiya hua tha.

Was disappointed

I am really disappointed with Country Inn & Suites by Radisson as they cancelled us last minute during our event and we were not refunded properly and we had also complaint about this to Country inn & suites by Radisson but they were told us ki ap koi aur date le lo and that's it.

Everything was Good

We booked County inn in South delhi for the wedding function and everything was very nicely presented. All the varieties of foods was freshly prepared and all good. The decoration was also very good and staff were really very cooperative. The quality of services was really good and i was happy with that.

Superb experience, great hospitality and amazing food!

We had a destination wedding so everything was planned in the venue itself. Everything was quite sorted and was well taken care of. The food was delicious. Only the decor part was lacking and I would suggest one definitely has to talk and make arrangements as per your requirements. Everything went well in terms of staff, the management and their hospitality were great!

Sub standard and poor quality services

Sub Standard and poor quality services
Forced us to hire in house decorators who charged us Rs. 3.5 lacs but did decorations worth not even 35,000
complete waste of time and money. Country Inn managament hasnt responded to my mails in last 6 months - been mailing regularly but no one seems responsible after taking money and perfectly ruining my grand event!!

the food good but decor was pathetic

they were pathetic, we have 2-3 functions there before, food was good, according to Raddison standards, but the decor was pathetic, it was absolutely bad show. I was not hoping this, I actually had teary eyes seeing the type of decor they did, the decorator in the pannel did very bad work
