Excellent experience

Banquet halls are good.. food quality is good.. staff is very polite and helpful.. Have very good experience with this hotel and will refer other people too to book this hotel for their upcoming events..

Pathetic Services!

We had a pathetic experience hosting our function in this hotel. The food was pathetic and very stale and smelly. The snacks we wanted did not circulate at all, only 2 items kept circulating which were also horrible in taste. The service was also very very slow and bad. The management is really unprofessional and the place is not at all hygienic, the washrooms were super dirty!!

Terrible experience

It was a really disappointing experience for us here. They had mismanaged a lot. The stage decors were pathetic as they did nothing as were told to do. The catering was also bad. The cutlery was missing, they used paper plates instead and the chapattis were taking too long to be served and as a result, most of our guests went back without eating.
