Recommend the hotel not the decoration panel.

We had a decent experience for our wedding held on December 8th 2023. The venue was good and food was good but we had a bad experience with our decorator Pooja who is on panel with the hotel. We were shown photos of decor that did not match the actual setup. The service disappointed us.

Everything was Good

For my engagement ceremony, we booked hotel Hyatt in Pune Kalyani Nagar. The Food was freshly cooked and the taste was really good and they offered lots of variety of foods and also the decoration was very good and covid was followed by all the staff there and they were wearing masks also and were doing temperature check.

A good experience overall

With Hyatt Pune the food was just okay, décor was fine, rooms were small though everything was accessible still I feel our rooms were small. Our wedding was in the month of February and the environment around covid was not that serious yet they did take care of sanitization and did put some efforts there. Also we had a very small gathering that of just 25 people so it was all okay anyways.

Wonderful Experience!

We booked Hyatt Hotel for the wedding occasion . The property was following all the covid norms, maintaining sanitization and hygiene was good. The food and decor was up to the expectation. There was also a lot of variety in the food items. And staff was very cordial.

A good experience!

The venue was amazing, the decor that was provided by the inhouse team was great. The management was also nice and professional. We did not face any issue on that front at all. They did make sure that all the precautions for COVID are being take care of and the sanitization is being done properly. The only thing I felt bothered me was that the food quality had gone a bit down from the time we had done the food taste testing. Rest everything was pretty amazing.

Great venue

The wedding setting was our primary concern and this spot ended up being great in all angles. All the game plans were done on time alongside the beautifications.
