  Cheap looking wedding in a failing 5 star hotel with a big price tag.

  Horrible experience with the hotel and their internal vendors. On both the wedding days, both the event and room point of contacts did not show up and kept sending us phone numbers of hotel staff for us to coordinate. They squeezed in an event just before ours and didn't give us the venue for the decor. My 7.30 pm event started at 10 pm with only 60% of the expected decoration and the guests had to wait outside.
  The room keycards kept failing for the guests and guests kept getting stuck in elevators. They only have 4 elevators which go upto the 8th floor and my guests were given rooms on the 10th floor. There are other service elevators but there are no signs for where those elevators are.
  They only have 2 decor vendors charge high fees for extremely cheap looking decor.
  They embarrassed us in our guest's eyes.

  Venue ke saath mera experience kaafi achcha tha. Inka khaana aur decoration bhi bohot achhche the. Staff inka bohot polite tha aur cooperative bhi. Humko inke end se koi dikkat nahi aayi thi.

  The experience at the venue was amazing

  The experience at the venue was amazing. They were able to fulfill all our expectations. They gave us 1 room apart from that they gave us an additional room as complimentary. The food was really good & they were beyond our expectations food & decor were in-house.

  Great Services

  My experience with the venue was pretty nice but the food was not that great. The decor was in-house. With the budget we had in hand the decor was good. The management was good & didn't face any hassles. They also provided a bridal room. The venue was pretty much spacious for the number of guests we had.

  Excellent Venue

  Radisson blu, Dwarka was very nice. Great place, excellent services. Everything was on point. We took all the services from them only. Food, catering, staff, management, everything was superb. The event space is also quite spacious. Over all, it was a good experience.

  Not a satisfactory service

  In terms of covid sanitisation, they adhered to all the required guidelines, but the service was not that satisfactory. At times, the staff members did not offer the snacks, the waiters had vacant snack serving trays, and they were simply moving. We even got a written commitment for eight snacks, but they were serving only six or five snacks

  Radisson was amazing but DON'T GO with The Wedding Masters

  We had our wedding on 15th November in Radisson and the food was beyond our expectation. They were very professional.
  But i had a very bad experience with the vendors suggested by Radisson.
  We went with 'The wedding masters', the event planners. Pavan was our point of contact. He did not deliver what he promised. The decor was only 60% of the finalized one. We did not benefit from their event planners at all. We received almost 100 calls from them on the day of wedding. It was pointless to book them for event planning. After we conveyed our concern, Pavan talked rudely with my mother. He was sarcastic. I would not recommend anyone to go with them for their event.

  Amazing Experience!

  I hired Radisson Blu Hotel, Dwarka for the wedding day there services were just amazing and they kept the brand name on top by maintaining the hygiene and safety measure because of covid, management was so cooperative and polite, we really enjoyed the ceremonies because they were taking care of everything

  great experience

  Radission blu was great and they had their own inhouse vendor for decor and catering and the staffs at Radission blu were very cooperative and helpful and my experience turned out to be amazing for our event held there.
