  The experience was really good at the venue. I really enjoyed myself. Very much hygenic. Their services were really good. Both the staff and management were good and polite.

  It was a good experience with the venue. The property was beautiful and we liked it. The decoration of the venue was amazing and the food quality was up to the mark. The staff of the venue was cooperative and helpful. Everything went well.

  Not good wedding venue

  Staff not good
  Trafic and ghoda buggi not guided properly.
  No water served to baraties.
  Food was also served of not of good quality.In the end food served to bride and groom not good.
  At vidai time all light were switch off by club authority.

  great experience

  We really had a great experience in the property and we booked this property for my wedding function and the management was great and the service and staff were also very nice and cooperative. All the arrangements made were on time and the quality of the work was also great. The food was taken care of by the property only and they served a good variety of food.

  It's an amazing venue to host your dream function

  Hi All,
  
  I planned wedding for my sister here. But due to Covid we couldn't hold the function. Management has a no refund policy, but has issued vouchers.
  
  Request somebody who is kind/willing to help in utilising the vouchers from the management.

  The venue and food was very good,but the service could have been better,the person who was the manager was not very acommodating as well.But the venue was beautiful and and food was good!.

  Extremely happy with their service!!

  The Palms, Gurgaon is an amazing property! I had a really good experience with all my loved ones here. They followed all the social distancing and the food quality was also really nice! The venue looks very elegant and is a perfect place for intimate weddings too! Extremely happy with all the services.

  Excellent Venue!

  This venue is excellent for hosting wedding functions. The management is lovely and the staff is superb too. Very decent and professional people. Loved the arrangements and decor a lot and even the food managed by them was amazing.

  Amazing venue!

  I truly loved the venue. The staffs were so good, they were best at hospitality and services. The venue was very beautiful, the decor was superbly done. Food couldn't have been better. In all praises for them. Loved the experience!
