  Bad Experience

  I attended a close wedding here on July 11th, 2024.
  1) Temperature conditions were very bad. Very hot.
  2) Verny dirty washrooms
  3) The phera hall was very dirty.
  4) the carpets were dirty

  Very Impressive

  We booked this venue for a pre-wedding shoot. The behavior of the staff was polite and helpful. This property is spacious and beautiful. Everything went well with them.

  The Umrao mei hamari family wedding humne recently arrange krwayi thi. Aur bohot high hopes the humie. Venue ka naam bohot hai apni bohot acchi weddings ki wajah se. Lekin itna amazing kuch bhi nhi tha. It was an expensive venue, lekin zada kuch enjoy nhi kr paye hum. Not a very good place as per the hype.

  Everything was perfect

  The property Umrao was booked for my sister's wedding by my sister and my father only and it was a great property with all the arrangements made accurately. the size of rooms and the service quality, the management and everything was up to the mark and very good. I have not much idea about other vendors.

  Humne book Kiya tha The Umrao for the wedding.Inka toh bohot accha tha venue.Koi complaints nahi humari taraf se.Saare cheeze professional bhi tha and we had a good experience.

  poor service and rude management

  My experience at Umrao was very poor. Even on reaching the venue at 5 in the evening their rooms were not prepared. We also had to get a few dishes changed because of their poor taste. The management branch, Rajneesh Bhargava, was very rude and unapologetic. But, where he lacked other hotel management staff made up with their humble attitude. Regardless, I would not recommend Umrao. Their service was of a exceptionally poor quality. Honestly, It was the worst hotel I have ever been to.

  Stunning venue and amazing arrangements!

  The decor was excellent and we were speechless! The venue is stunning, I have never seen such a beautiful place which is designed in such a modern yet traditional way. The decor was excellent and the food was also up to the mark. Proper sanitisation was done by their professional staff too. The catering and the food were good and I got no chance of tasting food but the guests told me that it was fantastic and delightful!

  Lovely food and decor

  Everything went really smooth and it was a perfect wedding function. The team was following the latest covid protocols and were taking care of each guest by giving masks and maintaining social distancing. The decor and the food were in-house too and it was a lovely experience.

  Beautiful place

  My mehendi and haldi ceremony was organised in this beautiful property. The venue was very spacious n the ambience was beautiful. The staff and service was very professional and provided an extraordinary service. The decor was done as per our theme and the catering was also very good
