  Worst service

  Very bad management. I as bride was very late due to them. They don’t have staff 1 makeup artist was doing makeup. And my engagement makeup was late due to them. I was 2.30 hour due to them. I came at 3 pm and was ready by 8.30pm and my event started at 7. Guest kept waiting for me.

  Changed our jewellery end moment

  Don't trust them with jewellery. We came from delhi to their Jopling branch to book jewellery 2 months before the wedding. On the final day they changed the matha patti and nose ring without any intimation. They were reluctant to accept their fault and were behaving very rudely. We had to adjust end moment. Do not book jewellery from them. Save your big day.

  I got my nails extension, and they lasted very well, at least two to three months after my wedding. So the extension was very good, and the nail art was wonderful. The products used were also really good. Their team listens to your vision and knows how to pull the entire bridal look together.

  Bhaavya Kapur was very nice. I would definitely recommend her services to all the brides. She also makes you feel very comfortable with your bridal makeup. She has a very deep understanding of makeup products. She is patient, listens to you, and knows how to pull the entire bridal look together

  they are fraud!!

  This is to bring readers' attention, that these people are fraud and highly insensitive towards their customers. They just want to suck the money out of your pocket.
  
  For the last 1.5 years, they have kept my money because of covid, and in the name of the policy, they never intended to give it back to me. These people can’t even do the smoothening properly and they have a very arrogant and unapologetic attitude to their customers.
  
  1. Worst thing is the manager will say I am helpless, this is my policy
  2. Real “Bhavya Kapoor” will never talk to you.
  3. They keep diverting your calls to other numbers whenever you call them for any grievances

  Everything was Good

  The makeup was done by the senior artist of bhaavya Kapur and she was good with her work and skills, we traveled to their salon to get ready. the makeup, the products they use, and the stay of makeup were very nice. She was also sanitizing the products after every use, they only did my hairstyle also and it was all good.

  Senior artist ne mera makeup kiya tha and jo maine bola waisa kuch nahi kiya maine kuch chize boli thi hairdough and apne dress ke according and nahi kiya vo. Mujhe bindi bhi nahi mil rahi thi waha and lipstick bhi dress ke matching nahi lagaya inhone. Mera makeup subah tak bhi stay nahi kiya and saara hat gaya. quality was also not good
