I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Hair Chair Salon located in Rajouri Garden, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of abysmal, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretting my decision to set foot in this establishment.

Let's begin with the so-called "haircut" I received. It was, without a doubt, the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life. The hairstylist seemed completely clueless and untrained, as if they had never held a pair of scissors before. The end result was a disaster. My hair was unevenly chopped, with random chunks of hair sticking out in every direction. I ended up looking like a victim of a botched DIY haircut rather than a customer of a supposedly professional salon.

The team at Hair Chair Salon clearly lacks any form of skill or expertise. Not only was my haircut a disaster, but the entire staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were more engrossed in their own conversations and personal affairs than paying attention to the needs of their customers. It was as if they had no training whatsoever in customer service or basic salon etiquette.

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with my experience at Hair Chair Salon. The lack of professionalism, untrained staff, and horrendous haircut I received have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this salon to think twice and explore other, more competent options in the area.

Their unskilled team, pathetic haircuts, and overall lackluster service make it clear that they are not capable of providing a satisfactory salon experience.
