Full review.

I had my wedding on 4th December.

My fiancé had previously used the services of Kuts N Kolors (KnK) for small events prior. They had given good services then.

This year, my fiancé had paid them INR 6000 online for an "event". They had agreed for the package and price (but at that time they were not aware of what the event). My fiancé had previously used that package as well and had been satisfied, since it gave a non-artificial and minimalistic look.

Close to the event, they came to know the event was our wedding. Upon this, they started aggressively down-selling the current packaging (which was tried and tested by us) and upselling packages 4x the price.

Many statements were said to us that oh the bride will look so much better with the 25k package, etc., but we firmly said we wish to stick to our previous arrangement for which we had paid the entire money in advance.

On the wedding day, the parlor delivered extremely subpar services to my fiancé (she had gone with a female friend there).

They phoned her on the wedding day and forced her to report early by saying that they had a busy day (this we found untrue because only a few people came actually that day).


They acted as if they were doing some generosity by providing make-up. Their attitude was highly disinterested.

Make-up was poorly done and clearly looked like an unfinished job (even though they had done the same package in previous events quite nicely). The stuff that was done was poorly done.

They did not do simple stuff properly that are part of any basic makeup package. For instance, my fiancé asked them to apply blush - they crassly said to her "you don't need blush".

Due to this, wedding makeup was poorly done and my wife was highly dissatisfied with their service.

It was a very unfortunate experience.

We really liked this salon a lot. It was lovely and we loved our experience with them a lot. The staff members are super professional and cordial as well. They are very supportive and cooperative as well. Really great place to go to for grooming services as well as makeup.
