  Not a good experience.

  I had a very bad experience as she left without doing any make-up as I got a bit late on my wedding day & someone else informed me about this on her behalf. She also told me to get it done by someone else. One of her team member did the makeup & it was pathetic

  Disgusting

  Annoying behaviour by the person on the reception. went there with my mother for a hair cut. First he asked us you want to take a hair cut of 1000 rs plus taxes or 1500 rs plus taxes we were like who directly comes and says these things. He told us to wait for an hour so we went out for shopping came back and asked for out turn. again he said it will take 10 minutes we were like could you please confirm finally, he said ok i am going to ask and after coming back he did not inform us the status then i went myself to the reception and asked him to confirm he said it will take more half and hour. He could have informed the correct waiting time. And all this i had to face when i am on my last phase of pregnancy with my senior citizen mother.

  Courteous staff!

  Mall of India Branch: I had got some of my pre-bridal services done from here and was quite happy with the staff service. Their staff is quite friendly and was able to cater to my requirements and offer a great experience.

  Decent makeup but salon services need to be better

  The makeup artists were really good but the pre-bridal services were really bad. I felt that the services offered by the salon could have been better. However, I'm glad that my makeup stayed for the whole night and my skin felt super smooth.

  Excellent Salon!

  Looks is an excellent salon for all kinds of grooming services. I went hear for my hair cut and hair styling. They are brilliant with their quality of work and I loved the staff members working here as well. Super professional and super nice.
