Worst never seen

Please don't book heritage one of the third class service provider.We have booked on 16th Jan 2023 for 21st and 22nd may 2023.No body has taken care of it event. Arrangement and management is very worst never saw. While booking they used to say all services will be provided but when it become close start adding charges apart from the decided package. Don't want give any rating. Even they have all problems when we asked to cancel they did not refunded. So bad services. I have all the proofs misbehaved. Don't don't go for heritage. Useless fellows and useless management. Don't trust chiting is their nature. On the spot we have canceled

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever😡😡😡
Very bad service also in terms of money they are not on their words.
1. Promised services were not provided.
2. Red carpet entry was promised, they failed to provide that.
3. Room keys were provided at 8PM.
4. No response over whatsapp or calls.
5. Decor was not discussed, It was decided by Rishika- Event manager, without even taking our confirmation.
She was very Rude with my parents.
6. And on the day of event she was on leave. She did not bothered to handover her responsibilities to someone else, did not care to inform us at least once.
7. Full payment receipt was not shared with me. Payment records of less than 50% is shared with me.
8. Food shortage during the event. People had to wait for the food, all the containers were empty.
9. Lights were off on stage, inspite of calling again and again, no one was bothered to pick the call.
10. Crackers were not allowed, no one informed or is nowhere written while booking.
11. Our crackers were snatched by Heritage staff, which was very Rude.
I would never recommend Heritage.

Excellent place for wedding

Heriytage is like heaven for wedding , excellent infrastructure, superb food quality and services, ambience is awesome overall highly recommended for everyone if you want to have a luxury wedding then Heriyytage is the only place in Solapur
