Our Real Wedding

Our wedding was exactly how we both wanted it to be - Intimate and Fun. Admist the coronavirus chaos, we both managed to pull off a wedding in the beautiful historic property "Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, The Savoy" and received abundant love not just from each other but from our family and friends.

We met way back in 2011 when we were both studying in Hans Raj College and shortly after knowing each other, we became best friends. We enjoyed our college life together, and then he moved on to complete his CA and I went to Mumbai for my MBA. But we were always in touch during these years. In year 2016, he realized that he likes and asked me out. I took nine days to think through it which he now calls "Navratre ke 9 din" and then finally said yes.

He officially proposed to me during our pre-wedding in Goa, where he got me a ring and sang a beautiful song for me.

During the wedding we both planned to surprise each other. I prepared a surprise dance performance for him during our Sangeet and he planned the most beautiful ring exchange wherein he went to the recording studio just 2 days before the wedding to record the song he had sang for me in Goa and played it in the background along with the visual clips during our ring exchange. He recreated that moment for me and both the families.
