Disappointing Experience: A Review of Forever Weddings
Jayant consistently failed in responsiveness, communication, and understanding our desires. He imposed irrelevant ideas, neglected our preferences, and the execution didn't align with our agreed theme. It felt forced and unsatisfactory.
Collaboration was difficult, with constant delays and a lack of professionalism. It seemed like profit was prioritized over our vision, as we provided detailed explanations and mood boards, but received no reciprocal effort.
Even our one-night stay after the wedding was marred by Jayant's lack of communication with his team, adding to our disappointment.
I hope no couple has to endure the headache and hassle we faced on their wedding day. Wedding planners should be there to ease the planning process, not add to the stress.
I urge Jayant to prioritize client satisfaction over commission. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Forever Weddings to anyone.
