In the post-pandemic era, where people look forward to socialising again, however, they are still expected to be sceptical about attending gatherings. In such a world full of heightened cautiousness, we at GailFarms comply to take all precautionary measures while organising gatherings, especially weddings.
The magnificent GailFarms is a truly unique and beautiful function venue. This spacious event space is framed by exposed landscaped gardens and features great natural lighting along with mesmerising panoramic views of the mountains. An open-air or outdoor wedding means plenty of space, which could help people maintain physical distancing as compared to an indoor wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

In the normal times, we have a capacity to hold around 1500 guests in the huge and well-done lawns and make it all a charmed-up setting for you and your guests. In the new normal era, at GailFarms, a well-thought-out seating arrangement is laid to reduce risks & with limited seating to maintain distance between people. For instance, a table for 8 is for 4 guests only. And the distance between 2 tables is 10 ft.
Also, Gentle reminders to social distance will be displayed throughout the ceremony and reception spaces.

With social distancing becoming the norm, weddings are smaller, more intimate, and emphasis on top-notch hygiene standards are strictly ensured. Right from the entry to exit, we at GailFarms place sanitizers at every point. Guests have to strictly sanitize their hands on arrival, and ample availability of handwashes is made in the washrooms.

Washrooms

Guest have access to clean and hygenic washrooms & ample availability of handwashes is made in the washrooms. To avoid overcrowding the washrooms, guests will have a designated waiting area where they can maintain physical distance from each other. We disinfect spaces pre and post the wedding function.

Caterers
Our caterers at GailFarms ensure that the raw materials or ingredients for food preparation are sourced from trustworthy suppliers, who ensure utmost cleanliness while delivering the stock from shop to the venue.

Contactless services

The highlight of wedding is its food & its serving. In an effort to comply with physical distancing measures, this is changed too. Precautionary measures like a contactless serving of dishes will be the norm at Gailfarms. One designated server will be assigned to serve a dish each at the buffet to avoid guests touching the cutlery/spoons. Line marking to maintain six feet distance between two people will be important.
