Work Experience and Rude Behaviour
1. We Asked for early check-in, And he asked for Extra which we agreed but upon reaching the washroom was not cleaned and there were even mosquitoes in the pool. When this was informed to the caretaker he refused to clean by saying he didn't have anything to clean which surprised us.
2. Not All ACs Were Working. and there we power cut in every 5 minutes and when we asked the caretaker to turn on Generator he denied as there was no diesel.
3. He Asked 5k security deposit before check-in and where he said he would return, but upon checkout, he said he is busy right now and we would do it in some time, after taking a lot of follow-ups he sent only 3k and said you did late checkout whereas this something no one mentioned during checkout.
4. The owner's rude behavior Has no sense of professionalism.
I would have given a zero rating to this whole property and the experience we had there, it is 3rd class property. If you have a special occasion and never book this property you will regret it.
