I need to vent about my wedding disaster on November 28, 2023. I foolishly booked Baldev Band back in May or June, a whopping six months in advance, relying on their supposedly stellar Just Dial ratings and the fact that they've been in the business for 65 years.

They charged me a hefty 55000-plus and made grand promises of delivering 10 lights men, 10 band men, 2 dhol men, and a fantastic baggi. But on the big day, they managed to screw up everything. Instead of the promised 10 band men, they sent only 5! And as if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to showcase 7 to 9 dress options for the light men and band men, making me personally visit their shop for dress code confirmation. Yet, on the wedding day, both the band men and light men turned up in the same dull, outdated RED DRESS.

To add insult to injury, their lights men were so clumsy that they dropped umbrellas on my guests not once, not twice, but three times! One of my guests got injured, and this is the unforgettable nightmare I endured on what should have been my special day.

Oh, and let's not forget, they had already pocketed a whopping 90 percent of the payment before the wedding. No chance of cutting the payment as a means of retribution.

Consider this a warning to all: Do not be swayed by their Just Dial ratings and reviews. In my experience, those reviews are as fake as their promises and services. Beware, and learn from my unfortunate experience.

The band was amazing and all the staff were very professional. The sound and the music was very impressive. It was very enjoyable for all of us and overall, a lovely experience for us and for our families.
