  Unprofessional Behaviour

  I hired 18shot for my wedding in December 2021.
  Fake promise will be made by the owner Nishant. Once his photography services will be completed he will ask for his money for which he will call multiple times to you and once the payment is done, he will start ignoring your calls.
  I have given the selection of my photos in January and still album is not received after his multiple commitments. There are several excuses you will listen from him but your photos will not be delivered to you.
  This is my humble request to all to stay alert while booking his services.
  Once you give the money Mr. Nishant vanishes aways.
  His services are really unprofessional and he doesn’t values your money, time and trust.
  I would recommend not to take his services for any functions.

  Laid back, never got my album, only got dates after dates

  Worst experience ever. It's been 1 and half years, I never received my album. They don't work, I advice to everyone 'DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE"

  Wedding Album

  It has been 2 yrs now. We booked 18 shot with faith and we are having worst experience with it. All the positive reviews are fake here. Our wedding was on 26 april 2021. We just got softcopy of our pics. They did worst videography. They took all payment in advance except album cost but they delayed in giving all photos. We gave album cost on 12 September 2022. Still we are not getting our album. Team doesn't even pick our call. We asked for our raw photos. They promised to give but they didnot give. It has been now 4 months after album payment done but there is no response from their side. They didnot even give response on phone or email. This company is the worst company i ever seen. I will do FIR against them for their fraud behavior if they dont give my album. We had spent 1 lakh 4 thousand rs on the photos and videos of the event but we suffered alot.

  To share all the details, as you got married in April 2021, we recieved the selection from your end in Dec2021, (screenshot will be shared) Although we don't accept selections after 3 months of the wedding we still accepted, understanding the situation at your end.
  
  Further, we designed and shared the design for approval in Mar 2022 to finalise the payment(because of lockdown and current customers account) you took 6 months to make the payment for delivery. (Screenshot will be shared)
  
  In the meantime, after so long and pending approval, we lost your design still accepted to redesign the album and get it delivered.
  
  But our first priority are the customers who share the selection on time, we cannot delay their delivery.
  
  Hence, your delivery is still pending.
  
  We will happy to return your money for album, or if you want the delivery we will take some more time in order to complete your deliveries.
