I have used their service for my wedding. It was my bad decision. They will spoil your day. After taking the booking amount from you, they will never respond to your call. If you will call, they will tell they are busy call later.

Owner is Himadri. He will commit you everything you want from them at the time of booking. But after that, you will have to suffer a lot.

They will come to your home also to take money from you.

Please don't give any work to the Camera Queen.

Work quality is also very very poor. Specifically, the video is very bad.

Never they will reach on time at your wedding. If you will ask them they will tell some reason.

This happened to me. This is my experience with them.

A cheap quality service.. It has been almost 2 yrs and these people have not given me the Pendrive.. Moreover, they have misplaced my 2 Pd’s( 1they misplaced and other they corrupted). On asking to submit me my corrupt Pd, the careless owner (Himadri) says he threw it.. What kind of service you guys doing man?? The owner claims to be a so busy person that he fears to receive call.. I have all the recordings where he has claimed to deliver me my stuff and now he is asking me to purchase it from my own.. A cheap photographer with a cheap staff management holding a careless attitude.

Good photography by Camera queen. Value for money and they are quick in their action.

In the starting, I thought Camera Queen's team is professional and doing a fantastic job... But now due to the ineffiecency of the team and due to the lack of coordination their team coordination is getting detoriarated... I cleared my pending amount and when it was time for the delivery of the album, they are asking me that we have printed more pages- so pay us that amount then only we will give the album... But, the question is- due to Camera Queen’s lack of coordination and attention they did not inform me this before getting it printed. Now, when in the last moment, they wake up and force the client to pay extra... They know that the client will pay as they have no other choice... Really, disappointed... N moreover, no such mail has been delivered to me about the updated changes... My one advice- concentrate on atleast one business before stepping in 10 ships.
