Cinematic wedding Series : I was a huge fan of their wedding videos and work , literally i was dreaming since a long time to have my wedding covered by souradeepta chowdhury who is gem of a person . His work is splendid my wedding videos came extremely well when i got them delivered . Now sharing my real experience with them . "Soumita guha chowdhury " manager of CwS , I want to say i am extremely unhappy with her rough wording & communication somehow you will feel like , how can be someone so rude in everything !!! Giving money to her time to time still her way of talking is somewhere very much rude . You have to know one thing first , cws and team do not travel anywhere without AC car , they will need always a separate room they will claim , ( though I found photographers are adjusting and they have no issues with anything ) but the manager (soumita) will claim they will need all proper accommodation . I paid 8k for drone (drone money will not be refundable thats fine some where ) the place where all the arrangements were done , they haven't tried once to use drone , if they have showed me that they are unable to use it it would be fine , i have not even seen the drone they were carrying. I paid 8k though . I felt extremely pathetic when my family members found that there were few pictures were missing on the reception day . However i reached out to them after the delivery of the project , they ignored my concerns , simply said " feedback taken " . When I posted in social media , then removed all my videos , including Instagram , youtube , facebook and also blocked me in every social media platforms ... this is how they behaved !!! Extremely disappointed with their arrogance and rude behaviour . I will never forget how they treated me !!! Those videos were my memories , my viewers , my audience comments everything I lost , just because I expressed my concerns they behaved like this !!!! Extremely arrogant , rude behaviour..
