1. I submit that during October, 2021 my son SaiAnjaneyaVinayKumar’s marriage alliance was settled, to be solemnized @ 11.13 hrs. of 29.12.2021. As per Sanatana dharma, Marriage ceremony is one of the sacred ceremonies which is considered to be only once in the entire life and settlement. Soon after settlement of marriage alliance I was searching for the best photographer for Bride & Groom side (both the sides) in Hyderabad/Warangal area to take Photographs and videos of my son’s marriage (which includes pre wedding during wedding and reception) to preserve the same as lifelong memories.
2. I submit that during search in the internet for the best photographer, website with best reviews, only Mobile number as 8247321633 & 6300446718 with only Instagram address. Immediately I contacted Sri Ganesh over mobile for hiring his services for taking Photographs and videos for Marriage which includes pre wedding during wedding and reception. During talks with Bride and Groom side Sri Ganesh has accepted for arranging pre-wedding photographs and videos on 4th to 5th day December, 2021 and Haldi function on 26.12.2021, main marriage function on 28.12.2021 to 29.12.2021 and reception in Suprabhat Hotel at Hyderabad 02.01.2022 for consideration amounting to Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only) with verbal agreement of giving photos and videos in two 2 TB hard disks (one each side in blank hard disks to be given to Sri Ganesh for loading the data), album with 120 selected sheets of photographs on each side (Bride and Groom). I have given Rs.2,30,000/-(Rs. Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) and wanted to clear remaining Rs.20,000/-(Rs. Twenty Thousand only) at the time of handing over two albums of 120 selected photos of each side.
3. I submit that as per the agreement, after marriage Sri Ganesh has loaded and furnished the videos and photos of marriage in 2 TB Hard Disks purchased and handed over by me for loading the data. But till date Sri Ganesh is has not furnished the albums of 120 selected photos each side and not responding to my mobile calls. Memories of the marriage will be preserved in the shape of photographs.
4. I submit that in weddingwire website Sri Ganesh has given his office address as Banjarahills, Hyderabad- https://www.weddingwire.in/wedding-photographers/cup-n-saucer-the-capture-company--e449290#map. My son went there for contacting Sri Ganesh personally. There he was told that Sri Ganesh has vacated his office without giving any further information about new location.
