Its been two years since our marriage, and we are yet to receive our wedding album.
When we first contacted Mr Rishab jain of Dream galaxy he showed us samples of wedding highlights of their earlier assignments and convinced us into engaging their services.He also enrolled services of additional photographers so that they can cover all the ceremonies happening simultaneously .
On the day of the marriage when rituals begin early in the morning the photographers were nowhere to be seen, they had to woken up from their slumber. The only memories of those events we have are those captured by our relatives in their mobiles. It was too late for us to make any alternative arrangements.
It was not until we received the unedited pictures that we realised how unprofessional this team is, some pictures were out of focus, some were taken with poor lighting. We do understand that the shoot involves some creative photography but not the extent that you cannot recognise the person in the silhoutte.
This was not all we were in for a rude shock when we received the so called "edited pictures" where the same persons saree color differs in different pictures.This was definitely not something we asked for.
Our highlight video was remixed with some "kuthu" song in a language which we neither speak nor understand.
Our tale of woe does not end here, we had to send multiple reminders and calls for redoing our highlight video and wedding album and we are yet to receive them.
The sum and substance of the review is that they are unprofessional.period.
