I ordered a set of canvas prints and one large metal print, and the colors were vibrant, true to the original images, and sharp in detail. The canvas prints were well-stretched, with sturdy framing, and the metal print had a sleek, modern look that stood out beautifully on my wall.
One minor issue I noticed was a slight variance in the color saturation of one canvas print compared to the digital preview, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall quality. The attention to detail, especially in the printing resolution, was quite impressive. I had a small issue with my order (one frame was slightly misaligned), and I reached out to Fotopado’s customer service team for help. They were prompt in responding and very professional in handling the situation. Within 24 hours, they offered a solution and sent a replacement without any hassle.
