I had really bad experience with them.
But later on all went down the hill.
It's been 4 months to my wedding and I have not yet received final version of my videos.
We also connected with them multiple times but every time we received fake assurance. I feel once the payment is received by the team they are least concerned about their deliverables. It is very disheartening when you have to do so much follow-up to get the videos of special day. I hope this message reaches the them and my work gets done promptly.
