Me and gaurav, my husband had hired a wedding photographer for our wedding on 8th July 2022 I. Jaipur. jay photographer studio. We were promised professional photography and vediography service for our 3 day wedding event in July'22(We have the contract duly signed). Like any normal client we agree and trusted them for their services. We also paid them advance money (we have copies of all transactions). The head of the organisations Jay, requested my husband post our marraige event to pay 15k to cover shoot costs, we trusted him and paid him the money. They covered the event, took pics and videos, gave us the raw dump and vanished in thin air. No messages. no calls, no response to follow up messages (sharing screenshot of all our follow ups). They then came back to us after 3 months. with a pathetic trailer (see video) and when we denied to accept that, they vanished again with all our wedding memories and videos.
It heart wrenching to share this here and u all know, rarely have I ever criticised anyone on social media. But this needed a mention.
Me and Gaurav are now waiting forever for our wedding memories. it's unfortunate and painful to loose your wedding video and memories in such a way. but bad things happens and it happened with us too.

Please share this so that jay photographer studio can't cheat or mistreat anyone else I know. I found then to be highly unprofessional and insensitive.
Attached picture of part payment done to him. We paid him 40000 in 2 installments. Total payment to be done was 65000 after all data is handed over.

Jay provided the most amazing photography services for both our mini covid wedding ceremony last August and our big wedding celebration this July. Both days the most amazing photographs were captured by both Jay and his Team's. Jay was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He ensured that we were happy with the entire process and got what we had hoped for. All of the photographs turned out perfect and we can’t thank Jay enough for everything He did for us throughout this uncertain time to be planning a wedding. Thank you Jay Photographer Studio!

They offer incredibly awesome services and have employed highly talented staff who provides you great variety for the picture customization. They got the picture framed as per my requirement within 1 and a half hour at a seriously genuine price. Really happy with the service and the work done.

Jay is the ULTIMATE in so many ways.... the ultimate professional, creative, and kindest human who brought together such a special day for us haldi captured it better than anyone could. As we look through the countless photos and videos that Jay took, we can't help but be so grateful for how much Jay helped make that day even more special for us. Her years of experience helped elevate every part of the day for not only us, but those in attendance. I can't recommend Jay enough!
