Summary: HORRIBLY PATHETIC Service and Unfulfilled Deliverables. Book only if you want to regret later.

The photography crew had very little idea of what moments to capture in a photograph. Had to spoon feed every single thing DURING MY ENGAGEMENT to capture the moments. And the times when I was on stage, we had to repeat the team to click photographs continuously. Clicked a few photographs, not even in the right angles with half faces and sat and enjoyed the view instead of actually capturing any moment. As a result, a lot of my relatives have no photo and have zero presence in the video.

Coming to the deliverables, I was promised that I would receive the album through a courier. Postponed the deliverables because by 4 months but I didn't say a word because of the lockdown. Now that the lockdown has been partially lifted, he asked me for extra courier charges which was a part of the package. He told me that he can courier it to Bangalore and not in any other city/state though no pact of delivering it to Bangalore was made. Upon asking him to deliver it to my hometown, he blackmailed my fiance into sending a mail that no negative feedback will be posted on any social platforms against them or else he will NOT deliver the album WHICH WAS PART OF THE PACKAGE. Glen, the photographer forced my fiance to draft a mail as per their wish in order to get the album sent. I had to finally find a distant friend in Bangalore so that I could at least get the album that I paid for. It’s no different from holding our album for a ransom. He blalantly denied us the service we paid for until we give him in writing the review they deserved. Apart of this, we had to select songs and explain him in writing and in voice recordings, minute by minute details of the video he was giving us since it was pathetic in the first draft. Needless to say, the photographs were not good at all and they ruined our beach ceremony moments.
Selecting them was the worst decision we took in our ceremony and we would urge others to not make the same mistake. Don’t fall into the trap of sweet talking because they even fail to deliver what they promise and then blackmail you for it.
