!! My biggest regret in booking them for my wedding !!
I have booked them for my wedding including all the functions (in total 5 days). My wedding was in the first week of February 2022 and till now I haven't received my wedding album along with a few other documents that they have committed. I received the soft copy of the album one week ago and by seeing it I can say it has been made in a hurry and the quality is really bad. What a pathetic experience, I have been following up with them for 6 months and all I heard is personal excuses for the delivery. Completely Unprofessional behavior, I will never ever book them for future functions in my family. Don't get influenced by their sugar-coated talk and commitment, they don't deliver on time and will ruin your lifetime experience. Also do not believe in the recommendations, they will provide for the event manager as he is also as bad as they are.

One of the biggest mistakes of my life was to hire them for our wedding in Gwalior in June end. Pura rula diya ek decent sa kaam karke dene mein, delays pe delays and dus hazar nakhre. Save you money and your mental peace, run away from Rishabh's sales pitch & Shailja's repeated assurances.

Quality of work: Absolutely pathetic. While making the sales pitch, they talked so much and said so many things, but once you give the advance payment, they just stop making any efforts and you have to run behind them always from then on. The execution was so pathetic that they had to be given detailed instructions on what exactly to do. They made a video which was horrible to say the least and to get even a decent one made, we had to do so many followups, give so many instructions and hear their lakh nakhre - from saying that "videographer footage nahi de raha" to "aap mujhe exactly batado kaunse videos use karne hain with details on timestamp". They have absolutely zero creativity. College ke interns zyada though lagage inse better videos banate hain. It was an absolute shitshot and I don't know what kind of company they are running where thry don't even have control over their own employees to deliver on something. Don't be fooled by their low price, they are not even worth free.

Timeline: We got married on 27th June and they finished giving us everything on 9th Dec. Almost 5.5 months, during a period of very few marriages. And we had to run after them repeatedly for getting anything done decently. They have no control over any timelines they give and they repeatedly change their timelines and ask you to keep up with them. So glad that we have now stopped working with them.

Professionalism: This is the worst. I don't know how are they still in the market. Probably, they don't have anything else to do. When they give us a randomly stitched in a day, non-edited video after huge delays and followups, we sternly voiced out that this needs additional work and it needs to be done quick. And Shailja's reaction was that "How can you talk like this to a girl". I don't think they have worked in a professional setup ever and hence are illiterate about the fact that you need to deliver work. Another instance where Shailja's made us run around, physically, for the final videos transfer and kept changing venue & time to meet her. Save yourselves from her and this shitty company.
