It has been 1.5 years and I have not got anything after paying a huge amount of money. Surely wouldn't recommend them based on my horrible experience. I never write bad reviews about anyone but seems they are just keen on taking full 90% advance before the wedding, and after the wedding is over they will forget about you and about delivering the end products timely. After months of chasing I got albums with so many editing faults (attached picture, can't believe so many black lines like margins in the centre of pages) and not as per agreement (I got only 3 albums whereas agreement had 4 - 2 for bride's side 2 for groom's). Also the albums were not similar to sample they show before the wedding. I had to chase continuously to get resolution but in vain. Ultimately I had to get album made from an external vendor by paying extra money over what I had already paid to Nindi . Even after 1.5 years I am still chasing and kindly requested justification for the 90% of advance amount which I paid (which was HUGE) in return for wedding videos/highlights so that at least I get something for the money I gave. However they bluntly refused and asked me to take the albums and videos after paying full amount.
Today I feel duped and rather harassed because I've paid a huge amount of money and all I have is raw photos, didn't even get edited photos forget videos. My experience with other photographers who charged much less money was much better, my huge amount of money by choosing Nindi has gone entirely waste.
