Very bad experience. My son hired them for his Wedding. It took them 10 months after the wedding to deliver the final delivery. And the photos did not cover any important family even after pointing out the important members. They basically breached every promise in the contract and took no responsibility for that

- **Broken Promises**: What was supposed to be a smooth process turned into a nightmare. They made countless promises, but almost nothing was delivered on time or as agreed.
- **Ridiculous Delays**: We were supposed to get compressed photos within a week—ended up waiting over a month just to receive an unsorted mess. The final delivery? Took literally a year, way beyond what was promised in the contract.
- **Family Photos Disaster**: Despite repeatedly pointing out who our immediate family members were, they barely captured any photos of my in laws. It was like they weren’t even paying attention.
- **Interfering Photographers**: We specifically asked for the photographers to stay out of the way during important moments, but they did the exact opposite, ruining some of our most important memories.
- **Basic and Boring Album**: The album was a plain, uninspired template. My wife’s requests for changes were ignored. Any local studio could’ve done a better job.
- **Disappointing Video**: We gave them a theme we loved, but what they delivered was nothing like it. We eventually just gave up and accepted it, completely worn out by the endless back-and-forth.
- **Overcharging on Top of It All**: After all this mess, they had the nerve to ask for an extra ₹15,000 for a second copy of the album.
- **Terrible Customer Service**: Communication was a nightmare. I had to push hard to even get a response, and all we got was a measly ₹15,000 refund for ruining our wedding memories.

This experience still haunts me, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. Stay far away from them.

I would have given them a zero if possible. The worst decision I have ever made was selecting them seeing all the instagram posts and videos.Stay away from them

I sent this below feedback to the guy named Rahul who was making all the promises to me. He didn’t even bother to reply for a long time until his team mates put more pressure on him. And after a lot of talking only thing they did was give me a 15000 rupees back. My wedding was on Nov 2021. I was staying silent until now. But this bad decision is still haunting me.

Here is the message I sent them. This have all details of what happened-
“
I finally got all the deliverables yesterday, thanks for that. And it's our wedding anniversary in 2 months. We need to talk about the way your team handled the whole process. None of the terms in the contract you sent me were followed. Here is the list of things that went wrong.

->I was promised the compressed photos within a week of the wedding. Just because you did not send it within a week, and as there was pressure from family, I asked you to send the unsorted collection of photos. You send this after 10 days of the wedding. This literally had 20 shots of duplicate photos in each pose and it was impossible to select from this. We asked for a sorted list and you gave it only on December 13, almost 37 days after the wedding. This interfered with all our travel plans and this caused us to delay selecting the photos until March 2nd

->The contract said everything will be delivered within 60 days of selecting the photos. We completed the selection on March 2 and we got the final delivery on August 15. That’s more than 5 months

->We requested so much not to delay the work on the video until the photos are selected. But you were so adamant that you will follow the contract and will not start the work on the video until the photos are selected

->My immediate family’s pictures are not covered well even after continuously showing who the parents and sisters are. There is barely 3 pictures of my parents and sisters.
I specifically told Rahul to tell the photographers to be professional and not to interfere when main events are happening. The exact opposite is what they did

->The album is just a plane template and your team could not even make any modifications my wife asked for. Any local team could have done a better job with that album.

->Same with the videos. It’s just the typical template and even after giving a theme that we are interested in, you could not come anywhere close to what we need. We finally agreed to what you sent just because we gave up and just wanted the photos and videos

Every place I address “you” I am talking about your team. I am humiliated in front of both the families because I took the responsibility for the photography for both the families and your team delayed it for almost a year. The total process was totally unprofessional and I expected much more after paying all the money you asked for on time. We needed a second copy of the album and you even asked for an extra 15k just for that even after all this delay. I would like to hear from Rahul about what you have to say about this. I have talked enough with Abhishek and there is nothing more to add there.”

The photographer was very professional and very responsive as well. The photos were clicked very nicely. The quality of the photos were amazing. All in all, it was a very good experience with them.
